The primary technical challenge was architecting a boutique experience that could handle a massive data injection of 4,000+ listings from the Flexmls IDX system. We programmed a custom search logic and API bridge that remains lightweight and fast, ensuring the UI/UX maintains a “private office” feel. Balancing high-volume data requests with a “Pueblo Mágico” aesthetic required precise CSS engineering and database optimization for the Riviera Nayarit market.
